BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) strengthens and protects natural nails while growing with them. Gel polish focuses on color and shine. BIAB is ideal for weak or damaged nails, while gel is perfect for healthy nails wanting a pop of color.

Gel manicures typically last 2-3 weeks, BIAB 3-4 weeks, and pedicures 3-4 weeks. Longevity depends on your nail growth rate and daily activities.

Come with clean, polish-free nails. Avoid cutting your cuticles at home. If you have gel or acrylics, we can remove them during your appointment (may add time).

Moisturize cuticles daily with cuticle oil, wear gloves for cleaning/gardening, avoid using nails as tools, and return for fills every 3-4 weeks.

Lamination shapes and sets brows in place for a fuller, fluffier look (lasts 6-8 weeks). Tinting adds color to make brows appear darker and more defined (lasts 4-6 weeks). We recommend both for best results!

We use professional diode laser equipment designed for safe, effective, and virtually painless treatments. Most clients describe it as a warm, tingling sensation. Much more comfortable than waxing!

Typically 6-8 sessions for optimal results, spaced 4-6 weeks apart. Results vary by area, skin type, and hair color. Darker, coarser hair responds best.

Shave the treatment area 24 hours before (don't wax or pluck!), avoid sun exposure for 2 weeks prior, no fake tan or lotions on the day, and skip retinol products for 1 week before.

Yes! We treat face, underarms, bikini, Brazilian, legs, arms, back, chest, and more. Some areas are more sensitive than others, but all are treatable.

Our diode laser works on most skin tones (I-V on the Fitzpatrick scale). It's most effective on dark hair. Very light blonde, red, or grey hair doesn't respond as well due to lack of melanin.

Hair should be at least 5mm (about 2 weeks of growth). If it's too short, wax won't grip properly. If it's been longer than 4 weeks, consider trimming slightly.

Yes! We use high-quality, hypoallergenic wax formulations. For very sensitive skin, we can do a patch test first. Avoid waxing during menstruation or if using certain medications (ask us!).
